How does the GLOBE work?

The CloudV GLOBE is very easy to use and maintain. Once unpackaged, it is recommended to charge the CloudV Globe for at least 2 hours on the first charge. This will condition the battery for future charging during its lifespan. The display shows the charging status. Once the battery is at its full capacity, the charging will stop.

Remove the bubbler safely from the base using twisting motions. Fill up the bubbler with water. Do not overfill.

Screw your desired chamber onto the battery.

To lock/unlock the battery, press the button 5 times.
To change herb/wax mode, hold the + & - buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The display will indicate the change.
To adjust temperature, press +/- buttons. The temperature range for the wax mode is 400-660F. The range for the herb mode is 400-700F. Once your desired temperature is set, press the power button twice to initiate the heating process. The LED light will pulsate while heating up and turn solid when ready. The battery will vibrate to indicate the Globe is ready to use. The session time is 15 seconds. To extend the session time for another 15 seconds, click the power button twice. To stop the heating process, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.

To change the LED colors, press the power button 3 times. Available colors are red, purple, blue, white, green, yellow, mixed and none.

Use the chambers with the correct mode (Herb/Wax).

How do you maintain the GLOBE?

To maintain the GLOBE, it is recommended to clean the chambers after every use.

To clean the chamber, turn off the unit, leave it to fully cool down and do not activate. Empty the products and gently clean the walls of the chamber using the brush tool and alcohol swabs.
To clean the battery, unscrew the chamber and clean connection area using alchohol wipes. Be sure to completly dry out before re-attaching parts.
To clean the bubbler, remove the glass safely from the battery. Using glass cleaner and rubbing alcohol, thoroughly clean the bubbler to remove any residues.

Warranty

Cloud V Enterprises warrants Cloud GLOBE against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user/purchaser. If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, it is the responsibility of Cloud V to either repair the product defect or exchange the product with a product that is new or is fully functional.

How to Use

The Flash is easy to use and maintain. Once unpackaged, it is recommended to charge your battery for at least 1.5 hour before use. This will condition the battery for future charging during its lifespan. The red light on the bottom of the battery (next to the input port) will indicate that the battery is charging. Once the battery is at its full capacity, the charging will stop.

To lock/unlock the battery, you need to click the button 5 times in sequence. It will blink once to indicate that it has done the function. To change the voltage settings, you need to click the button 3 times in sequence. The order of colors are green, blue and red. To activate the preheat option, press the power button twice. The coil will be activated for 15 seconds to preheat. The device has auto shut off time of 10sec. Be sure to lock your battery after use to avoid accidental activation. For the first time, it is recommended to season the coil by applying a small amount of concentrate on the coil before the first use. This will season and prepare the atomizer for future use.

Maintenance

Cleaning is required to maintain the CloudV Flash. Remove the atomizer from the battery and using alcohol wipes, gently clean the chamber and the mouthpiece. This will help for the coil function as well as its lifespan. It is recommended to change the atomizer every 1-3 months to maintain the performance. It is recommended to clean the mouthpiece glass and tip with rubbing alcohol. This will clear up the airways. When placing or removing glass pieces, use twisting motion to loosen up the glass from the rings. Pulling or pushing hardly may cause accidental breakage.

Warranty

Cloud V Enterprises warrants CloudV Flash's battery for six months that it is free of material defects and workmanship. If the battery is found to be defective, the sole liability from Cloud V is to repair or replace the defective battery with a properly functioning one. Warranty does not apply to atomizers or if the unit is used with non-Cloud V certified or approve products.

Cautions

When not in use, you should store your Cloud in a safe place to avoid accidental activation. You should not leave your charger plugged in or unattended in a hot area or near flammable objects as this could be a fire hazard. You should keep your Cloud Flash away from water or any other liquid and away from any environment involving strong acids, alkaline or combustible material. Please keep this out of reach of children and pets. It is intended for persons over the age of 21.

How does the CloudV Droid work?

Once unpackaged, your CloudV Droid will be locked. To unlock it, you should press the button 5 times in sequence. The OLED display will turn on. For the highest performance, you should charge your Cloud no longer than 1 hour for full charge before use.
You can change the voltage settings by pressing the +/- buttons. To use the preheat option, press the button 2 times in sequence. Preheat option will run at 1.8V for 10 seconds. Use the preheat option when you are using thick essential oils. To enter the Puff Record settings, press the button 3 times in sequence. Use the +/- buttons to select "Yes" to clear the puff record. You can click the button 4 times in sequence to enter the Session Time settings. Use the +/- buttons to pick your desired session time from 3 seconds to 30 seconds. The battery features 510 threaded connection. You can connect any 510 threaded tank of your choice. To activate the battery, press and hold the button. It will turn off based on the session time chosen.

How does the CloudV Droid charge?

Connect the USB cable to the charging port. Insert the USB Charger into the charging device. The display will show the charge status.

If physical defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, CloudV will either repair the product defect or exchange the product with a new or fully functional one.

The limited warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. The limited warranty does not apply if the product is used with non Cloud certified or approved products, used for commercial purposes, damaged by wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modified or tampered with, or any other cause other than defects prior to loading your material. Cartridges and accessories are not covered under warranty.
